His role is the essence of the real mission of F3 - Male COMMUNITY Leadership. It’s ambiguous on purpose, but it needs to make IMPACT.

Shakes the PAX who are trying to weasel out of their commitments

Is growth-minded and always seeking way to invite (FNG)s

Spreadsheet-loving, rule-embracing, and information gatherer

Keeps his ear to the ground, and his finger on the pulse of the PAX 

Makes recommendations to the Nantan, such as splitting a workout, canvassing a neighborhood, or grabbing a table at a community event

Master of the Caster

Tech-savvy Q who keeps the PAX network connected

Understands and proselytizes that 2nd-F does not end at the AO

Keeps the F3drum beating so that PAXhas community with one another
