Fitness (1st F)🧲

The 1st F in F3 is Fitness. It's not about making a fat guy thin. It's about looking in the mirror, saying "I can do better than this," and then getting out of the fartsack and doing it -- with a group of guys to hold you accountable. Fitness is the magnet that draws guys in.

The Launch

F3 Harrisburg PA launched on September 28, 2019 at Reservoir Park. T-claps to Hershey Kiss, Geppetto, Flintstone, Sunspot, Baymax, Square, and Ezekiel for leading the way to plant the shovel flag in Harrisburg! These seven Redwoods forged the path to better themselves, each other, and all men who came after.

Manniversary

Each year we celebrate our anniversary with a special beatdown and fellowship. Joined by members from neighboring F3 regions, we reinvigorate the mission of F3 to build male community leadership.

Keystone Convergence

Each summer, men from all over Pennsylvania join our Convergence. Harrisburg hosted 2025, the 5th summer that men participated in: fellowship, overnight ruck, 2-hour beatdown, and a service project. The Convergence forges for PAX to stay connected throughout the state, share ideas, and support one another.

CSAUP Events

Occasionally, men participate in events that truly test their physical and mental fitness. These events are termed CSAUP (completely stupid and utterly pointless). The name is funny because these grueling events are often where the men see their biggest growth. These can be overnight rucks, multiple workouts in a day, endurance challenges, or pulling a truck in a parade.

Spartan Race

Men of Harrisburg train together to take on obstacle course races such as the Spartan Race.

Next event will be the Poconos Spartan Race on July 2026.
