5th Annual Convergence
JUNE 27-28, 2025
City Island, Harrisburg, PA
Each summer, men from across the state of Pennsylvania come together for a state-wide convergence event. The men take part in a weekend of intense workouts, fellowship, community service, and overnight ruck march along the Susquehanna River. Attendance continues to increase each year since 2019 with over 70 men participating in 2024.
The convergence is not only an opportunity for men to benefit from a physical workout but also to foster meaningful friendships and provide service to the community. Last year, the men partnered with the Wildheart Ministries of Harrisburg in support of the Love the Hill initiative, helping to clean streets and make neighborhoods more beautiful.

Guest Speaker: Dos Equis
Bio:
At dark-thirty on a misty Saturday morning in late June 2018, Dos Equis drove along PA State Route 23 through the historic Valley Forge Encampment on his way to a workout with F3 Valley Forge in Phoenixville. That first workout and early morning journey would prove pivotal, eventually leading to the launch of F3 Nation in New Jersey just nine months later.
Dos Equis, also known as Curtis Hoberman, is an architect by trade and a committed community servant. He’s the Planning Board Guy. Zoning Board Guy. Farmers Market Guy. Morris Dancer. Philadelphia Mummer. And a longtime American Red Cross volunteer—as a Lifeguard, Lifeguarding Instructor, Swimming Instructor, and Disaster Response Team Leader.
He’s a guy trying to get 1% better each day. Incredibly passionate about what F3 is all about, Dos Equis is honored to be part of the 2025 Keystone Convergence.
