Harrisburg Region Launch

F3 Harrisburg PA launched on September 28, 2019 at Reservoir Park. Men from North Carolina, F3 Lanco, and the Harrisburg area met to launch the F3 Harrisburg PA Region to continue to follow the mission of F3. These seven Redwoods forged the path to better themselves, each other, and all men that came after. Manniversary

Each year we celebrate our anniversary with a special beatdown and fellowship. Joined by members from neighboring F3 regions, we reinvigorate the mission of F3 to build male community leadership.

Keystone Convergence 2024

Each summer, men from all over Pennsylvania converge on Harrisburg to participate in the state wide convergence event. 2024 marked the 4th year that men participated in a fellowship event, overnight ruck, 2 hour beatdown, and a service project in the Harrisburg community. The convergence events are a great way for Pax to stay connected throughout the state, share ideas, and support one another.

CSAUP Events

Ocassionally, men participate in events that truly test their physical and mental fitness. These events are termed CSAUP - completely stupid and utterly pointless. The name is funny because these gruling events are often where the men see their biggest growth. These can be over night rucks, multiple workouts in a day, endurance challenges, etc.

Spartan Race

Men of Harrisburg train together to take on obstacle course races such as the Spartan Race.

Next event will be the Poconos Spartan Race on July 12, 2025.
